Marketing & Brand Management
Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns for pharmaceutical products in Qatar.
Conduct local market research, competitor analysis, and identify business growth opportunities.
Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and promotional collateral aligned with local regulations.
Monitor product and brand performance and provide actionable insights.
Promotions & Field Activities
Plan and oversee promotional campaigns targeting doctors, pharmacies, and healthcare institutions in Qatar.
Coordinate with sales and field teams to ensure marketing initiatives are implemented effectively.
Organize events, workshops, and product launches within Qatar in line with regulatory guidelines.
Ensure all promotional activities comply with Qatari pharmaceutical regulations and company policies.
Contracts & Business Submissions
Prepare, review, and manage contracts with distributors, healthcare institutions, and other business partners in Qatar.
Submit documentation to the Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) or other regulatory bodies for product registration, approvals, and business growth initiatives.
Ensure timely follow-up on submissions and approvals to support market expansion.
Stakeholder Management
Liaise with cross-functional teams: Sales, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, and Supply Chain.
Maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and key clients.
Provide management with regular reports on marketing outcomes, contractual progress, and ROI.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure all marketing, promotional, and contractual activities fully comply with Qatar laws, MOPH regulations, and ethical standards.
Track KPIs, campaign performance, and budget utilization.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of Qatari pharmaceutical regulations, approvals, and compliance requirements.
Experience handling contracts, legal documentation, and regulatory submissions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret market and sales data.
Leadership and team management capabilities.
