OURO is looking for someone proactive, creative, and driven to help grow our smart home automation business. We are not just looking for someone to post on social media. We want someone who can actively help bring in new clients, promote the company properly, and keep the business visible and growing.
Your role will focus on marketing, lead generation, client acquisition, and finding effective ways to introduce OURO to more people in the market.
Responsibilities:
Find and generate new leads and potential clients for the company
Create ideas and strategies to market and advertise the business
Manage and improve the company’s online presence including social media, Google, and other platforms
Create marketing content, promotions, advertisements, and company updates
Follow up on inquiries and help convert leads into actual projects and sales
Build relationships with contractors, interior designers, developers, consultants, and other industry contacts
Research market trends and identify opportunities to grow the business
Help increase company visibility, engagement, and sales opportunities
Coordinate with management regarding marketing plans and business growth strategies
Attend meetings, networking events, or exhibitions if required
Requirements:
Experience in marketing, business development, sales, or related roles
Strong communication and people skills
Creative mindset with initiative and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of social media, online marketing, and branding
Self-motivated and able to work independently
UAE experience is a plus
Experience in construction, smart home, ELV, technology, or related industries is an advantage
Salary:
Basic Salary: AED 4,000 to 6,000
Commission/Incentives:
Incentives for projects brought into the company
Additional commission for bigger or high-value projects
Incentives once projects/sales are successfully closed

Work Schedule:
Monday to Saturday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
Saturday flexible / work from home
May require attendance for meetings, events, client visits, or marketing activities if needed
Applicants with portfolios, previous marketing campaigns, social media pages handled, or proven sales/business development accomplishments will be highly preferred.
