OURO is looking for someone proactive, creative, and driven to help grow our smart home automation business. We are not just looking for someone to post on social media. We want someone who can actively help bring in new clients, promote the company properly, and keep the business visible and growing.Your role will focus on marketing, lead generation, client acquisition, and finding effective ways to introduce OURO to more people in the market.Responsibilities:Find and generate new leads and potential clients for the companyCreate ideas and strategies to market and advertise the businessManage and improve the company’s online presence including social media, Google, and other platformsCreate marketing content, promotions, advertisements, and company updatesFollow up on inquiries and help convert leads into actual projects and salesBuild relationships with contractors, interior designers, developers, consultants, and other industry contactsResearch market trends and identify opportunities to grow the businessHelp increase company visibility, engagement, and sales opportunitiesCoordinate with management regarding marketing plans and business growth strategiesAttend meetings, networking events, or exhibitions if requiredRequirements:Experience in marketing, business development, sales, or related rolesStrong communication and people skillsCreative mindset with initiative and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of social media, online marketing, and brandingSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyUAE experience is a plusExperience in construction, smart home, ELV, technology, or related industries is an advantageSalary:Basic Salary: AED 4,000 to 6,000Commission/Incentives:Incentives for projects brought into the companyAdditional commission for bigger or high-value projectsIncentives once projects/sales are successfully closedBenefits:UAE Employment VisaMedical InsuranceAnnual Leave and Public Holidays as per UAE lawPerformance Incentives / CommissionCompany sim card (if applicable)Work Schedule:Monday to Saturday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)Saturday flexible / work from homeMay require attendance for meetings, events, client visits, or marketing activities if neededApplicants with portfolios, previous marketing campaigns, social media pages handled, or proven sales/business development accomplishments will be highly preferred.
