We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in the real estate industry and construction industry to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives across our property portfolio. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of proven experience in real estate marketing, with the ability to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and sales support in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for real estate projects, including residential and commercial properties
Plan and execute property launches, campaigns, and promotions across digital and traditional channels
Manage branding, advertising, PR, and corporate communications related to real estate assets
Oversee digital marketing activities, including social media, website content, SEO/SEM, and online listings
Coordinate with sales and leasing teams to generate qualified leads and support conversion targets
Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, and marketing vendors
Prepare and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective campaign execution
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance to optimize results
Ensure consistency of brand identity across all marketing materials and platforms
