- Prepare and mix mortar or grout to adhere materials together.
- Lay bricks or stones in a precise and efficient manner to create walls, floors, or other structures.
- Cut and shape bricks or stones using hand tools or power saws for a perfect fit.
- Repair and replace damaged or deteriorating masonry work.
- Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other construction workers and contractors to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Continuously update knowledge and skills in masonry techniques and materials.
