Prepare, submit, and track Material Submittals (MAS) for client and consultant approvals.

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to obtain samples, quotations, technical data sheets, and compliance documents.

Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQ to ensure material compliance with project requirements.

Evaluate interior fit-out materials including finishes, joinery, furniture, flooring, ceiling, wall finishes, and decorative elements.

Ensure all submitted materials comply with UAE authority regulations, fire safety standards, and project specifications.

Maintain material approval trackers and ensure timely follow-up with consultants and project teams.

Coordinate with procurement, design, estimation, and site teams for material selection and approvals.

Conduct site inspections to verify materials delivered and installed match approved samples and specifications.

Support value engineering initiatives by proposing cost-effective alternative materials without compromising quality and design intent.

Attend consultant/client meetings related to material approvals and technical clarifications.

Maintain proper documentation and records of approved/rejected materials and technical submissions.

Monitor project timelines and ensure material approvals are aligned with construction schedules.
