Job description:

• Familiar with mechanical design and implementation for high-rise building projects.
• Ensure compliance with DM, DCD, TRAKHEES regulations, and relevant international building codes.
• Oversee building services systems, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and drainage.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and contractors.
• Review and approve technical drawings, technical submittals in compliance with project specifications / authorities.
• Project management and communication skills.
