- Oversee the civil engineering aspects of MEP projects, ensuring seamless integration with building structures and infrastructure in Dubai's dynamic environment.
- Review and approve civil engineering designs, calculations, and drawings related to MEP systems, guaranteeing compliance with local regulations and project specifications.
- Coordinate with other engineering disciplines (MEP, structural, etc.) to ensure accurate and efficient design and construction of projects across Dubai.
- Manage and supervise civil works subcontractors, monitoring their performance and adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks of civil works related to MEP installations, identifying and resolving any issues promptly within Dubai.
- Prepare and review technical reports, progress reports, and other documentation related to the civil aspects of MEP projects.
- Provide technical support and guidance to construction teams on civil engineering matters, offering solutions to site-specific challenges in Dubai.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards applicable to MEP projects in Dubai.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to develop and manage project budgets and schedules for civil engineering components.
