About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Nutritionist based in Dubai to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. The ideal candidate will develop and implement personalized diet plans, conduct nutritional assessments, and provide counseling to individuals and groups. You will support clinical nutrition services, drive public health nutrition initiatives, and contribute to nutritional research and data analysis to improve patient outcomes and community health.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and analyze dietary intake
Develop and implement personalized diet and nutrition plans
Provide individual and group patient counseling on diet, lifestyle, and health promotion
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to integrate nutrition care into treatment plans
Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting plans as needed
Support public health nutrition programs and community outreach initiatives
Collect and analyze nutritional data to contribute to research projects and improve service delivery
Educate patients and community groups on healthy eating habits and disease prevention
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, Public Health Nutrition, or related field
0-2 years of experience in clinical or community nutrition settings
Proficiency in diet planning and nutritional assessment techniques
Strong understanding of clinical nutrition principles and food science
Experience with public health nutrition programs and health promotion strategies
Basic skills in nutritional research methods and data analysis
Excellent patient counseling and communication skills
Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Public Health, or related discipline
Registered Dietitian or equivalent professional certification
Experience working within Dubai or UAE healthcare regulations and cultural context
Familiarity with nutrition analysis software and electronic health record systems
Experience in designing and delivering community health workshops or seminars
Participation in published nutritional research or academic projects
Multilingual abilities (e.g., Arabic, English) to engage diverse populations
