What You Will Do:
- Welcome visitors, clients, and guests at the reception desk, ensuring a professional atmosphere and maintaining a clean, organized reception area.
- Handle incoming calls by directing them to the appropriate departments and taking accurate messages when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of key issuance and returns, including office and company vehicle keys.
- Coordinate company car usage, manage meeting room bookings, and schedule appointments for the driver and photographer.
- Oversee office inventory, including supplies, pantry items, printer toners, and assets. Procure necessary items, submit invoices to Finance, and coordinate with suppliers for maintenance.
- Administer the CRM system (Bitrix24), including user management, data entry, customization, and performance monitoring. Recommend and implement system improvements as needed.
- Ensure all portal leads are promptly entered into the CRM system and escalate technical issues to the Line Manager.
- Prepare and submit weekly lead reports to the Sales Director and Sales Coordinator. Issue regular reports and reminders to agents for CRM data clean-up.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Directors and sales team, including managing correspondence, document filing, and maintaining office systems and procedures.

- Salary range: 3500-4000, salary will be commensurate with experience.
