  • Support office staff in organizing events and meetings by handling logistics such as room setup and arranging necessary equipment.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies, maintaining inventory levels to prevent shortages and ensuring the availability of essential items.
  • Handle minor maintenance issues and coordinate with vendors for repairs to maintain a functional office environment.
  • Assist in data entry and basic administrative tasks, providing support to enhance overall office productivity.
  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing them with information and directing them to the appropriate personnel as needed.
