Responsible for interacting with new Free Zone clients to assist them in setting up a new company in the Free Zone. This includes providing advice on company set up (rules and regulations, registration, licensing and ongoing member services) as well as liaising with client to collect requirements. Response for providing information on value added Free Zone products and services, always providing a consistent high level of service delivery.

• Supports the Team Leader Member Services in pursuing client leads and generating new revenue for Free Zone supported by the Business development team

• Collects all necessary requirements for company registration and licensing prior to handing over to the Registration and Licensing team

• Takes sole ownership of each newly allocated client lead, advising non-key clients on new company set up

• Conducts cross-selling of DMCC products and services to new clients ensuring opportunities for revenue increase are maximized

• Conducts system update of client information on Oracle

• Liaises with new clients for collection in a prompt and efficient manner
