Coordinate and manage daily operations within the food and beverage environment
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures in line with food safety and quality standards
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and managing operational supplies (including food inventory and stock)
Oversee the maintenance and organization of company records, particularly inventory and supply chain documentation
Monitor expenses and manage the operations budget, including raw materials and operational costs
Communicate with suppliers and clients to ensure timely delivery and quality of products and services
Collaborate with departments such as production, procurement, and customer service to improve operational efficiency
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and food safety regulations
Train and supervise junior staff on operational procedures within the F&B environment
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards specific to the food and beverage industry
