  • Registration of properties and transactions with the Dubai Land Department (DLD), Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM), and Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM).
  • Accurate and up-to-date maintenance of all registration records and documentation.
  • Efficient resolution of any registration issues or discrepancies.
  • Compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, ensuring no legal or regulatory breaches.
  • Streamlined processes that enhance the efficiency of registrations and reduce turnaround times.
  • Updating and maintaining records of Registration Status.
  • Checking Client document validity for registration.
  • Manage registrations, permits, and regulatory compliance for real estate projects (ADREC/DLD)..
  • Oversee property documentation, permitting, and real estate registration processes.

· Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
  • 1-3 years in authority approvals, permitting, and regulatory compliance in real estate.
  • Experienced in Property Registration with the DLD, Oqood System, ADM & ADGM is a MUST.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Application (Word, Power point, etc.)
  • Knowledge of UAE regulatory frameworks and real estate registration processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple approvals while ensuring compliance and deadlines.
  • Can work under pressure.
  • Team Player
