- Registration of properties and transactions with the Dubai Land Department (DLD), Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM), and Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM).
- Accurate and up-to-date maintenance of all registration records and documentation.
- Efficient resolution of any registration issues or discrepancies.
- Compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, ensuring no legal or regulatory breaches.
- Streamlined processes that enhance the efficiency of registrations and reduce turnaround times.
- Updating and maintaining records of Registration Status.
- Checking Client document validity for registration.
- Manage registrations, permits, and regulatory compliance for real estate projects (ADREC/DLD)..
- Oversee property documentation, permitting, and real estate registration processes.
· Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- 1-3 years in authority approvals, permitting, and regulatory compliance in real estate.
- Experienced in Property Registration with the DLD, Oqood System, ADM & ADGM is a MUST.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Application (Word, Power point, etc.)
- Knowledge of UAE regulatory frameworks and real estate registration processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple approvals while ensuring compliance and deadlines.
- Can work under pressure.
