Job Description – Pastry Chef We are seeking a talented and experienced Pastry Chef to lead the pastry and dessert section for a leading Trading and Catering Company in Saudi Arabia. The Pastry Chef will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting a wide variety of high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked items—both Oriental and Continental. Key responsibilities include developing creative pastry menus, overseeing daily production, ensuring consistent taste and presentation, managing pastry staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety standards. The Pastry Chef will also collaborate with the Executive Chef on new product development and ensure smooth operations during high-volume service.
