Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Personal Assistant to support our managing day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and a strong understanding of business and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Executive Support:
• Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings to ensure optimal time management.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
• Handle confidential correspondence and sensitive documents with discretion.
2. Administrative Tasks:
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
• Organize and maintain files, records, and documents for easy retrieval.
• Manage expense reports and budgeting related to CEO activities.
3. Communication Management:
• Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
• Draft and review emails, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
4. Strategic Support:
• Assist in research and preparation of reports for decision-making.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Represent the CEO in meetings and events when necessary.
5. Personal Assistance:
• Provide support for personal tasks and commitments as needed.
• Ensure a work-life balance by managing both professional and personal schedules effectively.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant, preferably in a technology or corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of business operations, IT terminology, and industry trends.
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant productivity tools.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
