Role Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Personal Assistant to support our managing day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and a strong understanding of business and technology.Key Responsibilities: 1. Executive Support: • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings to ensure optimal time management. • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points. • Handle confidential correspondence and sensitive documents with discretion. 2. Administrative Tasks: • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries. • Organize and maintain files, records, and documents for easy retrieval. • Manage expense reports and budgeting related to CEO activities. 3. Communication Management: • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications. • Draft and review emails, reports, presentations, and other business documents. • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners. 4. Strategic Support: • Assist in research and preparation of reports for decision-making. • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of projects. • Represent the CEO in meetings and events when necessary. 5.
