Carry out assigned tasks and produce deliverables competently and effectively within agreed time and budget constraints, ensuring that all project objectives are met
Comply with all relevant HSE requirements and company HSE policies for assigned projects, promoting a safe and healthy workplace
Collaborate and coordinate with engineers, designers and technical personnel within the discipline and across other disciplines during project execution
Perform work in accordance with applicable project requirements, codes and standards
Apply proven company work methods, standardised deliverables and tools to maximise design efficiency
Work in accordance with the Quality Management System (QMS) and interface with Quality Assurance on quality-related matters, ensuring compliance with company ISO quality procedures
Support the preparation of cost estimates, scope changes and proposals, and assist in project schedule planning
Prepare technical deliverables, including pipeline calculations, stress analysis reports, wall thickness calculations, alignment sheets and specifications
Prepare pipeline material take-offs (MTOs)
Participate in client and internal multidisciplinary meetings
Skills and experience required:
BSc in Mechanical Engineering
Significant experience in pipeline design for oil and gas projects
