- Develop and present ICT and telecommunications solutions to clients, addressing their specific needs and concerns.
- Conduct site surveys and technical assessments
- Provide technical support and consultation during pre-sales activities.
- Engage in technical discussions with clients and stakeholders to establish credibility and build strong relationships, ensuring their technical needs are met.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and competitor offerings.
- Assist in the creation of technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, implementation plans, and user guides.
- Support during the bidding process, including responding to RFPs and RFIs with detailed technical responses.
- Work closely with Assistant GM and GM to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvement initiatives.
