Manage end-to-end procurement activities with the procurement engineer for Civil, Infrastructure, and MEP packages.

Prepare RFQs/RFPs, review technical and commercial bids, and conduct bid evaluations.

Source and prequalify vendors and subcontractors in line with project requirements.

Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and contractual terms with suppliers.

Coordinate with engineering, planning, and project teams to ensure timely procurement.

Issue purchase orders and monitor order status to ensure on-time delivery.

Ensure materials and services comply with project specifications and ADNOC standards.

Maintain procurement logs, cost comparisons, and vendor performance records.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative sourcing strategies.

Support contract administration and resolve procurement-related issues.

Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and project budgets.
