- Handle end-to-end procurement of Construction and MEP materials.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local UAE suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare and manage RFQs, quotations, purchase orders, and material submittals.
- Coordinate with engineering, project, and site teams to ensure timely material delivery.
- Maintain updated vendor lists and build strong supplier relationships.
- Conduct market research, cost comparison, and price analysis.
- Track delivery schedules and resolve supply delays or issues.
- Ensure procurement complies with project specifications and company policies.
- Prepare procurement reports, logs, and documentation.
