The Production Engineer will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective production of high-quality steel products by managing a team of close to 25-30 workers in the workshop.

· Observe and monitor the work of the production workers in the workshop to ensure that quality standards and productivity goals are met.

· Report any issues or problems to the line manager in a timely manner.

· Develop and implement strategies for improving production processes and increasing efficiency.

· Manage and maintain production equipment and machinery to ensure they are functioning properly.

· Work with other departments to ensure that production schedules are met.

· Provide technical guidance and support to the production workers as needed.

· Ensure that all workers adhere to safety regulations and protocols.

· Foster a positive working environment and build strong relationships with team members.

· Preparing weekly Production report.
