Production Manager – Generators
Bachelor / Diploma in Electrical.
8–10 years of experience in the generator manufacturing, assembly, or power solutions industry.
Strong knowledge of diesel engines and alternators.
Experience in production management, quality control, and technical testing, understanding of Generator assembly and wiring, Engine-Alternator coupling, Load testing and performance testing, ATS, synchronizing panels, canopies, and skid fabrication, and technical drawings.
Strong leadership and people-management skills, Excellent communication and reporting abilities
Ensure all generator sets comply with QA/QC standards and customer specifications
Support the Sales & Projects team with technical inputs, delivery timelines, and production feasibility.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Preferred with valid UAE driving license.
