Responsibilities:

1. Manage the design and implementation of MEP systems for a construction project.

2. Collaborate with project teams on MEP design concepts and solutions.

3. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design requirements and safety laws.

4. Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure that MEP systems are seamlessly integrated.

5. Manage project timelines and budgets for MEP systems.

6. Review and approve shop drawings, material submittal ,method of statement .

7. Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.

Tools & Software:

1. AutoCAD for reviewing technical and shop drawings.

2. Navisworks for clash detection and 3D model review.

3. Microsoft Office Suite for preparing progress reports and documentation.

4. BIM 360 for collaboration and design coordination.
