Lead the design review, planning, and execution of electrical systems for high-rise residential and commercial projects.
Manage and coordinate all electrical activities in line with project specifications, timelines, and budget.
Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documents.
Coordinate with mechanical, civil, architectural, and other disciplines to ensure seamless MEP integration.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to approved drawings and standards.
Monitor project progress and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Handle authority submissions, approvals, and inspections from DEWA, DCD, Empower, DM, and other UAE authorities.
Identify technical issues and provide effective engineering solutions.
Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
