- Project Management:
- Oversee and manage the construction for luxury villas, from design to execution.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines, ensuring timely delivery of all project milestones.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment with project objectives and client requirements.
- Site Supervision:
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, ensure compliance with safety standards, and address any on-site issues.
- Supervise subcontractors and labour teams to maintain quality control and adherence to project timelines.
- Design Coordination:
- Collaborate with the design team to translate client requirements into technical drawings and specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and solutions to implement design changes while ensuring structural integrity and feasibility.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with internal teams and external contractors to ensure smooth execution of projects and proper resource allocation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress.
- Address client feedback and ensure their vision is effectively realized in the final outcome.
- Budget & Resource Management:
- Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
- Manage procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to prevent project delays.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Ensure projects comply with UAE building codes, safety regulations, and legal standards.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily site reports, work schedules, and material logs.
