Solution Design & System Development: Design and propose integrated PA, Pro-Audio, and AV solutions aligned with client requirements and industry standards.System Visualization: Create concept drawings, one-line system diagrams, and layouts using AutoCAD, Visio, or similar tools.Proposal Development & Tender Documentation: Draft detailed proposals, including Scope of Work (SoW), Operational Narratives, Design Concepts, Technical submittals, Pre-Qualifications, Compliance Statements.Acoustic Modelling: Conduct acoustic analyses including SPL & STI simulations using EASE and other software (advantageous).Client Engagement: Collaborate with the sales team to present solutions to clients with varying technical expertise.Site Analysis: Conduct site visits and surveys to gather accurate input for proposals and designs.Internal Coordination: Work with internal teams, including design, purchasing, and project teams, to align on solution implementation.External Engagement: Coordinate with architects, consultants, and MEP stakeholders to integrate solutions into larger projects.Knowledge Development: Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in PA Systems, Pro-Audio, BGM, and AV solutions.Training & Guidance: Support training initiatives for internal and external teams and provide technical guidance when required.

Project Management:Oversee and manage the construction for luxury villas, from design to execution.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines, ensuring timely delivery of all project milestones.Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment with project objectives and client requirements.Site Supervision:Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, ensure compliance with safety standards, and address any on-site issues.Supervise subcontractors and labour teams to maintain quality control and adherence to project timelines.Design Coordination:Collaborate with the design team to translate client requirements into technical drawings and specifications.Provide technical guidance and solutions to implement design changes while ensuring structural integrity and feasibility.Collaboration & Communication:Work closely with internal teams and external contractors to ensure smooth execution of projects and proper resource allocation.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress.Address client feedback and ensure their vision is effectively realized in the final outcome.Budget & Resource Management:Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.Manage procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to prevent project delays.Documentation & Reporting:Ensure projects comply with UAE building codes, safety regulations, and legal standards.Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily site reports, work schedules, and material logs.
