Job Summary
We are looking for a Project Sales Manager with 3–5+ years of UAE experience in architectural/technical lighting sales. The role involves driving new business, managing project opportunities, coordinating technical submissions, and converting leads into purchase orders.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage lighting project sales opportunities in the UAE
Build relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and project management companies
Prepare technical presentations, quotations, BOQs, and proposals
Coordinate with estimation and design teams to ensure feasible and compliant solutions
Handle technical submittals, approvals, datasheets, samples, and mock-ups
Negotiate pricing, margins, payment terms, and support collections when needed
Maintain CRM updates, sales pipeline, forecasts, and recovery plans
Attend site meetings and support project coordination
