• Meet with clients to discuss their property needs and objectives.
• Provide expert advice on property values, market conditions, and investment opportunities.
• Conduct property viewings and showcase properties to potential buyers or renters.
• Assists clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, managing the entire process from start to finish.
• Negotiate terms and prices between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants.
• Prepare and review contracts and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Stay informed about local market trends, property values, and industry developments.
• Conduct comparative market analysis to help clients make informed decisions.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent customer service and communication.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and lead generation through networking and referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, industry professionals, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listing, and transactions.
• Prepare reports and documentation as required for internal and external purposes.

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of months years’ experience in real estate is preferred within UAE market.
• Demonstrative ability to handle property transactions and client interactions effectively.
• Relevant real estate certification or license as required by local regulations.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in real estate management software and CRM system.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of the team.
• Professional and polished demeanour.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to achieve targets.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of UAE real estate rules and regulations.
• Familiarity with RERA & ADM requirements.
• With Broker/Agent License is a plus advantage
• With Driving Licence is a plus advantage
• Arabic & English speaker is a plus advantage.
