  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our marketing objectives and enhances our brand presence.
  • Create engaging, high-quality content, including property listings, market insights, and community highlights tailored to platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
  • Manage interactions with followers and potential clients by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Foster a sense of community by engaging with local influencers and real estate professionals.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize content and improve engagement rates.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain relevant and effective.
  • Work closely with the marketing team, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
  • Collaborate on promotional campaigns and events to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Promote our properties, services, and company culture through storytelling and visual content that resonates with our audience.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in the real estate industry within UAE.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
