- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our marketing objectives and enhances our brand presence.
- Create engaging, high-quality content, including property listings, market insights, and community highlights tailored to platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
- Manage interactions with followers and potential clients by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Foster a sense of community by engaging with local influencers and real estate professionals.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize content and improve engagement rates.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain relevant and effective.
- Work closely with the marketing team, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
- Collaborate on promotional campaigns and events to maximize reach and engagement.
- Promote our properties, services, and company culture through storytelling and visual content that resonates with our audience.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in the real estate industry within UAE.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
