The ideal candidate will have proven experience in property listing management, client relationship handling, and ensuring seamless communication with property owners and investors. This role provides an exciting opportunity for a passionate real estate professional to work in a client-facing role, ensuring property listings are accurate and visible across platforms like Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Property Listing Management:
Maintain and update property listings across platforms like Bayut, Dubizzle, etc. - Client Communication:
Engage with property owners and investors to discuss listing opportunities and maintain a high level of communication. - Content Creation & Listing Optimization:
Write compelling and accurate property descriptions to ensure listings are clear, up-to-date, and visually appealing. - Collaboration & Planning:
Work closely with the marketing team to enhance property visibility and engagement. - Customer Service:
Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries about listings, delivering top-tier customer service. - Industry Knowledge & Adaptability:
Stay informed about the latest market trends and best practices to ensure property listings are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
