Develop and implement purchasing strategies for MEP, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, HVAC, and Electrical materials.
Source reliable suppliers and subcontractors within the UAE market.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, and delivery schedules.
Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (PO), subcontracts, and material approvals.
Coordinate with Projects, Engineering, Stores, and Finance departments.
Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
Monitor inventory levels and control procurement costs.
Evaluate supplier performance and maintain approved vendor lists.
Ensure compliance with company policies, project specifications, and UAE regulations.
Handle claims, discrepancies, and supplier disputes professionally.
Support budgeting and cost-saving initiatives.
