• Establishment and Implementation of Quality Management System (ISO-9001) including Project Quality Plan, Segmental Quality Plan, Inspection and Test Plan, Methodology, Check list, Test formats etc.
• Routine and Pre pour Inspection of construction activities including finishing works to check its conformity with drawings/ specifications etc. Recording of Observations & Non Conformance Reports and follow up for corrective & preventive actions. Calibration of monitoring and measuring instruments. Shop Inspection of bought out items, review of brands, factory visits and source approval, QA/QC for structural fabrication, erection and painting including welding.
• Review of Technical specifications before tendering, finalization of item or materials descriptions. Review of credentials, shop inspection for vendor/Brand approvals for equipments, plants and finishing materials. Monitoring handing over procedures.
• Conduct technical audit and system implementation audit of Business development, tendering, operations and Engineering design.
