•    Ensure total work quality and repair process as per manufacturers Standards
•    Supervise, quality test and guide the repair work
•    Ensure on time completion of job as per delivery schedule
•    Co-ordinate with Job controllers for proper labour and bay utilization
•    Ensure W/S efficiency and productivity
•    Ensure W/S safety procedures and requirements are strictly applied and followed as per SOP (personal safety/equipment safety/customer’s vehicle etc.)
•    Ensure Work Instructions are strictly followed
•    Ensure workshop and Technicians cleanliness 
•    Co-ordinate with Controllers for over time schedule of the Technicians, if necessary.
•    Co-ordinate with Parts Dept. for non-available parts.
•    Technical/diagnosis assistance to Technicians/Front Line staff
•    Technical interaction/explanation with customers if required
•    Motivate Technicians and maintain teamwork
•    Ensure achievement of W/S target (Financial & non-financial)
•    Sharing/explanation of PSU/Technical bulletins with Technicians
•    Providing on job training for Technicians
•    Maintaining good interpersonal relation with subordinates and superiors.
