The Quality Controller is responsible for ensuring the organization’s services and processes meet established quality standards. This role involves monitoring and evaluating operational activities, maintaining compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and Quality Management Systems, conducting audits, and implementing corrective measures to achieve consistent quality outcomes across all business units.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct baseline quality assessments across all business units to identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor adherence to established SOPs and QMS, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
- Perform quality reviews and audits to evaluate the effectiveness of quality control measures.
- Draft, update, and finalize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all operational activities.
- Implement standardized reporting systems to track quality metrics in real time.
- Prepare detailed quality assurance reports, highlighting compliance, performance metrics, and areas requiring improvement.
- Re-assess quality progress against initial metrics and integrate findings into SOP and QMS improvements.
- Collaborate with business units head to address identified gaps and implement corrective measures.
- Verify the effectiveness of the QMS and address non-compliance issues promptly.
