Job description: Urgent Hiring: Quantity Surveyor / Estimator (Interior & Fit-Out Experience Required) We are urgently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Estimator with strong Interior & Fit-Out background to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions for interior & fit-out projects Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements Manage project budgets, cost control, and value engineering Prepare variations, claims, and final accounts Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams Monitor project costs and report on financial performance Requirements: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator in Interior & Fit-Out projects (mandatory) Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and fit-out construction methods Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications Proficient in estimating software and MS Excel Strong negotiation and analytical skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Preferred: Immediate availability Relevant degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering Experience in commercial, residential, or hospitality fit-out projects
