Job description: Urgent Hiring: Quantity Surveyor / Estimator (Interior & Fit-Out Experience Required) We are urgently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Estimator with strong Interior & Fit-Out background to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions for interior & fit-out projects Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements Manage project budgets, cost control, and value engineering Prepare variations, claims, and final accounts Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams Monitor project costs and report on financial performance Requirements: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator in Interior & Fit-Out projects (mandatory) Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and fit-out construction methods Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications Proficient in estimating software and MS Excel Strong negotiation and analytical skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Preferred: Immediate availability Relevant degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering Experience in commercial, residential, or hospitality fit-out projects

Manage executive schedules by coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel plans, ensuring seamless time management.Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, crafting professional correspondence and managing inquiries.Prepare comprehensive meeting agendas and take accurate minutes, ensuring essential information is documented and distributed promptly.Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems, enhancing document retrieval and archival processes.Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations, utilizing advanced software skills to create visually appealing and informative materials.Coordinate logistics for company events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and efficiently.Support budget management by tracking expenses and processing invoices, contributing to financial accountability.Conduct research and gather information as needed, providing valuable insights to support decision-making processes.Facilitate communication between departments by relaying messages and information effectively, fostering collaboration.Continuously improve office procedures and workflows, identifying areas for enhancement to boost productivity.

Key Responsibilities: Develop design concepts, mood boards, and presentation materials. Prepare detailed technical drawings, layouts, joinery details, and specifications. Produce complete drawing packages including plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings. Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and color schemes. Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and consultants. Conduct site visits to ensure proper execution of design plans. Review shop drawings and material submittals. Present ideas and proposals to clients and stakeholders. Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field. Strong technical knowledge of construction details, materials, and site execution. Proficiency in design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar. Ability to read and produce technical drawings and specifications. Strong creative vision and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: Proven experience in commercial interior design projects. Previous professional experience working within the UAE market, with familiarity in local regulations, standards, and suppliers. Solid understanding of materials, construction methods, and lighting design. Strong presentation and visualization skills.
