Manage and oversee all sales activities, including but not limited to lead generation, client meetings, and order processing.
Leading and Mentoring Business Development Field Team at UAE and Responsible for field sales team’s overall performance
Guiding and mentoring team for revenue generation by appointment of New Channel Partners (NCP). Further working closely with field sales team for enhancing business from New and Existing Channel Partners (ECP)
Working closely with Field Sales team for Negotiations and Order Closures
Prepare detailed MIS reports and related analyses to present to the Management, offering insights into sales performance and market trends
Provide essential backend support to the sales team, including data collection, analysis, and administrative assistance
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing departments to develop and implement strategies for achieving sales targets and enhancing brand visibility
Regularly review and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and productivity
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making
What you will bring to us:
5-10 years of experience in Team Handling and Sales Management, preferably in the building material industry – Interior, Fit-Outs, Projects
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for building relationships across teams
Proficiency in preparing comprehensive MIS reports and delivering impactful presentations to senior management
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive results through collaboration and innovation.
