What we’re looking for: Business Development Manager (BDM) Retail

What you will own and do:

• Identify and target new business opportunities within the interior design, construction, real estate, and hospitality sectors.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, consultants, and procurement heads.

• Manage end-to-end sales processes from lead generation to contract closure.

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demos for clients and consultants.

• Handle multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate with internal teams (design, production, and installation) to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and new product opportunities.

• Represent the company at industry exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
