Quantity Surveyor

1. · Should be able to demonstrate core competencies of a professional Quantity Surveyor
2. · Should possess in depth knowledge of Contracts and its interpretations.
3. · Should be aware about SWS Standard Procedures related to Payments, RCDR's variation order, final account/Project Close out etc.
4. · Review, monitor and report on financial status.
5. · Liaise with Consultant's staff and SWS in respect of financial matters and as necessary.
6. · Be fully aware of Contractual requirements. Measure work done, materials on site etc. and prepare valuations in accordance with SWS’s procedure.
7. · Evaluate and administer Change Orders and Day works.
8. · Ensure all procedures as required by the CONTRACT are followed.
9. · Prepare Final Account
