We are looking for a detail-oriented, organised Admin Executive to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will support daily administrative operations, manage property listings, and coordinate with agents, clients, and property owners.

• Create, upload, and manage property listings across major real estate portals.

• Ensure listings are accurate, complete, and regularly updated, including pricing, availability, descriptions, and images.

• Ensure all listings comply with portal and RERA requirements, including permit verification.

• Monitor listing performance and update or refresh listings to maintain visibility and lead generation.

• Maintain a structured and well-organised inventory database with proper categorisation of properties.

• Coordinate with agents to collect property details, documents, and media required for listings.

• Maintain organised records of property images, documents, and listing information.

• Onboard developers and ensure agency agreements are completed and maintained.

• Maintain regular communication with developers regarding upcoming launches, events, and offers.

• Obtain developer permits required for marketing and promotion of specific projects.

• Follow up on payments with developers after successful property sales.

• Liaison with the finance team for invoicing and payment confirmations.

• Manage the company’s real estate brokerage license and ensure all regulatory requirements are maintained.

• Track and manage individual broker licenses for all agents within the company.

• Ensure timely renewal of company and individual broker licenses to avoid any compliance issues.

• Coordinate and assist new brokers to ensure all documentation is completed on time, and they complete the required training and exams for obtaining their broker licenses.

• Maintain proper records of all licenses, permits, and regulatory documents related to brokerage operations.
