  • Coordinate with other departments regarding visitors, deliveries, and appointments.
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and ordering as necessary.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as expense reports and invoices.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring confidentiality and security.
