Your Role:
The Tele Sales Executive is responsible to drive recurring sales through proactive outreach to the prospects through phone/SMS/Whatsapp and present the real estate products and services along with assisting customers on their investment inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Target Achievement:
- Achieving or exceeding meeting targets set by the organization.
- Lead Generation:
- Generating leads through cold calling, warm calling, follow-up calls, and inbound inquiries.
- Identifying potential customers, qualifying their needs, and gathering relevant information to pass on to the sales team.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Using CRM software to maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, including calls, emails, and follow-up activities. Keeping track of leads, prospects, and sales opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
- Product Knowledge:
- Developing a deep understanding of the products or services offered by the company. Being able to articulate features, benefits, and value propositions effectively to prospects and address any questions or concerns they may have.
- Effective Communication:
- Demonstrating excellent communication skills, including active listening, clear articulation, and persuasive speaking. Building rapport with prospects, understanding their needs, and tailoring sales pitches accordingly.
- Objection Handling:
- Anticipating and overcoming objections raised by prospects during the sales process. Addressing concerns, providing solutions, and effectively persuading prospects to move forward with the purchase.
- Pipeline Management:
- Managing the sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities, and deals at various stages of the sales process. Prioritizing follow-up activities and ensuring timely progression of leads through the pipeline.
- Reporting:
- Providing regular reports on lead activities, performance metrics, and key insights to leads manager and reporting manager.
