Receptionist
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join our medical center. The ideal candidate should have experience in patient reception, billing procedures, appointment coordination, and cross-selling healthcare services. The Receptionist will ensure smooth front-desk operations while providing excellent customer service to patients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups.
Handle patient registration and maintain accurate records.
Process billing, payments, insurance verification, and invoices.
Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries promptly.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments for patient needs.
Promote and cross-sell medical packages, wellness programs, and clinic services to patients.
Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable at all times.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information and comply with healthcare policies.
Assist in daily administrative and clerical tasks as required.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Receptionist in a medical center, clinic, or healthcare facility.
Knowledge of medical billing and insurance procedures.
Experience in cross-selling healthcare services or packages.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and clinic management systems.
Ability to work under pressure and handle patients professionally.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Administration or related field is an advantage.
Must be Arabic Speaker.
