We are looking for a receptionist with 2–5 years of front-office experience to manage our reception area and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers.

· Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner

· Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly and accurately

· Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable always

· Handle all incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries

· Provide general administrative support

· Assist with travel bookings, office maintenance coordination, and event arrangements when required

· Coordinate with internal departments for smooth front-desk operations
