Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end local recruitment for manpower requirements across Qatar.

• Strong knowledge of Qatar manpower market, candidate availability, and salary trends.

• Source and mobilize skilled, semi-skilled, and professional manpower on short notice.

• Support recruitment for Oil & Gas, Construction, and Industrial sectors.

• Maintain database of locally available candidates for quick deployment.

• Coordinate with clients to fulfill urgent and bulk manpower requirements.

• Conduct screening, interviews, and candidate shortlisting.

• Ensure compliance with Qatar labor market practices.
