End to end recruitment Mapping, Sourcing and onboarding candidates
Screening & shortlisting the candidates sourced through portal and Social Media and validating them on their experience and interest on the role.
Lateral Hiring Identifying right candidates with required Skill set and experience and make sure that it should match with the requirement as per the job description
MIS Preparing reports
Experienced in Lateral Hiring and Niche Skill.
Must have at least 2 years exp in Qatar
