Prepare and review HAP (Heat Load Analysis) and support HVAC design decisions.

Review, prepare, and modify AutoCAD drawings (design, shop drawings, and as-builts).

Provide technical support to QS and Estimation teams during tendering, variations, and cost evaluations.

Oversee MEP installations and designs, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and approved specifications.

Coordinate and manage subcontractors, including scope definition, performance monitoring, and site execution.

Liaise with clients, consultants, and end users, addressing technical queries and driving satisfaction.

Prepare technical reports, method statements, and documentation required for approvals.

Drive submissions and approvals with authorities, consultants, and clients.

Lead site teams, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and productivity.
