Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) plans for the STP construction site.
Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with all UAE HSE regulations, client requirements, and company safety policies.
Monitor and enforce safe work practices, including proper use of PPE at all times.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports with root cause analysis and recommendations.
Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and ongoing safety training for site personnel.
Coordinate with project management, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain a safe working environment.
Maintain accurate HSE documentation, records, and compliance reports for audits and inspections
