Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to drive revenue growth and manage strategic client relationships within the ICT sector. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in offshore and outsourcing models, with a proven ability to identify business opportunities, develop tailored solutions, and manage end-to-end sales cycles. This role requires a deep understanding of ICT services, client needs, and the ability to position outsourcing solutions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring long-term client satisfaction and retention.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within ICT, with a strong focus on offshore and outsourcing services.
Lead the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
Build strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders across client organizations.
Understand client requirements and propose customized ICT outsourcing/offshore solutions that align with their business objectives.
Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful solution design and service delivery.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and commercial offers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and KPIs.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and oversee account performance post-sale.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in sales/account management within the ICT sector.
Proven hands-on experience in offshore and outsourcing business models is mandatory.
Strong understanding of ICT solutions such as managed services, cloud, infrastructure, and digital solutions.
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing enterprise accounts.
Experience working with regional and international clients is a plus.
